Vicky brings extensive experience to WE Africa’s Delivery Team in creating safe spaces to develop positive relationships that allow for collaboration and difficult conversations. She is passionate about exploring ways in which social cohesion, justice, and peace can be built through storytelling, the creative arts, and dialogue. Vicky is a dialogue facilitator and peacebuilder with experience in education and the development sector. 

She is a co-founder of Open Circles, an organisation that believes in the transformative power of dialogue to create more inclusive cultures in businesses, schools, and communities.
