Tiana Andriamanana

Born and raised in Madagascar, Tiana Andriamanana graduated with a degree in biochemistry. She joined Fanamby – a nonprofit working on sustainable management of harmonious protected areas – in 2009 and has served as Executive Director since 2018. Tiana’s goals aim to fully implicate local communities in the establishment of resilient and traceable supply chains within protected areas, to strengthen women empowerment and gender equal rights to access job opportunities and the volunteering work in active firefighting. Tiana strongly believes that local solutions will ensure sustainable management of the protected area.
