Mireille is a Congolese ecofeminist Organization Development practitioner, facilitator and a WE Africa Coach. She is also the Co-Director of Well Grounded, a UK-based women-led capacity-strengthening organization working in Africa.

Well Grounded works to ensure that civil society organizations are credible and better led and that women and indigenous leaders are more confident, better organized, louder and safer as they take on some of our time’s critical human rights issues.

Mireille strives to understand the roots and the gendered nature of natural resource destruction and to support women activists to imagine and organize towards alternatives.
