Colleen has been part of nurturing WE Africa from its first spark, through program development to launch. She is part of the WE Africa Leadership Council, Accountability and Program Integration teams.
She is a South African conservationist passionate about securing African wilderness areas through leadership that is collaborative, compassionate, and inclusive.
Colleen is co-director of the Niassa Carnivore Project and lives for most of the year in the field in Niassa Reserve, Mozambique. She is an alumna of Homeward Bound, a global leadership initiative which aims to heighten the influence and impact of women in making decisions that shape our planet.
