Anna-Louise Carver Davis

Anna is the Director of Leadership Programs at Maliasili. For the past 29 years Anna has worked with several leading NGOs to support local communities, government, non-government and private sector organizations in community-based natural resource management, public health and education across southern and east Africa. Anna’s specific area of focus is the design and delivery of personal and organizational development programs. She is at her best when designing and facilitating processes that enable people and their organisations to reach new and deeper levels of being and achieving impact. Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi, Anna now lives in Namibia with her husband and two daughters.
