Alison is a WE Africa coach based in Cape Town. She aims to create greater self-awareness within individuals to facilitate their own autonomy in making decisions, a sense of mastery and competence in making change, and the capacity to recognise the benefits of relatedness and being supported by key people in their journey to reach their unique potential.

Alison has a special interest in coaching women to empowerment and has worked in this area for the past 15 years with individuals and organisations, including “The Clothing Bank” in South Africa.
