Adeline is a WE Africa coach with 15 years of experience in the corporate HR and humanitarian sectors before turning her career to support the development of individuals and teams. She is a certified coach and trainer dedicated to empowering women in changing and multicultural environments with Beautiful Soul, a Senegalese leadership development firm.

Adeline is also a lover of horses (the ‘specialists of emotions’) and aspires to one day offer impactful coaching experiences through programs with horses. She coaches in the French language.
